MS has finally released the tools for developers to port their Android apps over to WP7, more easily. This move is similar to the move that was made earlier to target the iOS developers.

The tool package consists of an API mapping tool, which the company compares to a “translation dictionary,” and a whitepaper. MS has covered every major platform except for Symbian, which Nokia abandoned to go for the WP7.

While this brings joy to the WP7 users who can now enjoy quality Android and iOS apps on their WP7 phones, the more important thing is the question : How many developers will get wooed?

Stay tuned for more…..!!!
