This is another message for all hardcore Tam Hanna-fans (or those who happened to miss my talk on Symbian at the MetaLab).

Yours truly will hold two presentations at this year’s IT Underground conference, which will be held in Warsaw. Both talks are focused on mobile technology and are currently scheduled to take place on the 17th of November – look forward to the following:

Attack vectors on handsets – 13h15 to 14h15
The first of the two talks will look at the various ways mobile devices can be attacked. Look forward to a round-up of the various scams, exploits, physical attacks and – last but not least – a discussion of why carriers don’t do anything about rampant mobile theft.

Symbian Code Signing – 15h00 to 16h30
Talk number 2 starts off with a recap of native Symbian development methods, and then moves on to look at the implementation of mobile code signing/code security environments using the Symbian Platform Security model as a working example.

Afterwards, I will likely take place in a podium discussion where questions can be asked.
