After having released major updates for the Touch 3G and HD, HTC has followed up with a variety of updates for the original Touch Diamond and an update for the Asian version of the Touch 3G:

If you can not uncheck the Repeat Reminders in Sound & Notifications in some circumstance, please download this hotfix to resolve the problem.
Hotfix for resolving skipping during audio playback for HTC Touch Diamond
If you encounter skipping during audio playback, please download this hotfix to solve this problem.
HTC Touch 3G ROM Upgrade (Asia)
An updated ROM is now available for HTC Touch 3G users to download. As always, HTC is committed to providing customers with the best possible mobile experience.
Just in case: the first two are hotfixes and should not require a reinstall. The latter, however, trashes all your data….
