The Acer booth at the MWC 2009 contains a bunch of already-announced devices…and, which is far more interesting, a group of devices which are drained of power and thus cannot be powered on.
Booth attendants have told me that these boxen will be announced at a press conference in the centre of Barcelona at 6.30pm today, with a web site with further info being expected by 20.00h.

I looked at those JPEGs pretty close up, and those images are unaltered. Unless the people that took the photo created those “fakes”, then these devices must be real.
