The box on the left side was the first of many victims of the restructuring process at Motorola’s – it was one of the few UIQ devices developed and released by the UIQ team before it was disbanded.

Lastly, Motorola is prepared to trim the number of new phones it brings to market down to just a dozen per year, and the only smartphones it will produce will be based on Google’s Android platform.
