Gizmodo managed to get a hold of Robbie Bach, a high Microsoft folk. They asked him hew he felt about the future of WM as a consumer platform – while he didn’t spit out anything too concrete, it nevertheless makes an interesting listen:

P.S. When asked about the recent skin epidemic, he said that he considers it “normal to some extent”. His argument is that while the UI is definitely lacking consumer appeal, even the most appealing UI would be tweaked to some extent to help OEM’s diversify from one another…
