The folks at HTC’s have just announced a variety of new Windows Mobile-based devices (two of which do NOT run TouchFLO 3D):

Depends on what they class as an “emerging market” I guess, but I would have thought that HD on a phone would be for the more competitive high end of established markets. Looks nice though!
