When receiving a file via bluetooth (OBEX protocol) or infrared from another handheld or a computer, a PocketPC always saves it to thew My Documents folder. If the RAM is full and the memory card is empty – well, tough luck.

As usual, salvation comes from the xda-developers forum – a tool called ObexInboxEx allows you to save your files wherever you want:

hi guys this is program help you to recieve bluetooth files directly to storage card even when device in standby

just install the cab file on main memory and go to:

Start -> Settings -> Connections -> OBEX Inbox to choose where u want to recieve files
