Latest anti-terror weapon: Windows Mobile

The success of the US attack on Iraq can easily be measured by looking at the development level of the victim: what once was a highly-developed state is now among the top-5 dysfunctional countries… .

Nevertheless, Iraqis are now treated with some Windows Mobile love: the Pentagon will soon issue Windows Mobile-powered lie detectors to troops. The systems(based on a TDS Rander device) cost over 7500$ a piece and are said to deliver accuracies between 50 and 80%.
