The recently-leaked DX900 has now become official - the image below is the only image E-Ten currently provides to interested analysts:

The device has already won a Best of Computex award, and is said to be available for testing at the E-Ten stand at the tradeshow.
Specs-wise, little new is known - here’s the specs section from the official press release:
The DX900 is a simple solution to an increasingly in-demand requirement for consumers who need access to two mobile communications services, but don’t want to carry around two devices at the same time. The DX900 allows users to have uninterrupted access to two separate phone services, for example one for business and one personal, or one for calls and another for data, in a single device. Frequent business travelers can use local SIM card and home SIM card in the same device at the same time.
The Glofiish DX900 features support for both high-speed 3.5G (UMTS/HSDPA) and 2G (GSM/EDGE) communications, as well as GPS and Wi-Fi connectivity, a high-resolution VGA display, and a 3-megapixel auto-focus camera.
