Apparently, the XPERIA X1 will soon get a Whac-a-Mole machine dedicated to its launch - the PR department of Sony Ericsson has just contradicted their own leak from a few days ago.

According to yet another up-and-coming Sony Ericsson blog, the device still is on track for the second half of the year - no date has been given because Microsoft has yet to announce the OS officially.

As for me…I’ll just continue to use my rx4240 happily ;).

Asus apparently not only excels by having an extremely bad sample delivery department, but also by its - probably involuntarily - willingness to let the press get shots of yet-unreleased devices. Anyways, here’s the latest scoop:

Asus M536

The m536 looks like yet another box set up to kill Palm’s ubiquitous Treo 7xx boxen. 320×320 display, WM 6.1, triband, HSDPA 3.6Mbit. WiFi, GPS, touchscreen - that’s it.

Asus Lamborghini ZX1

While this box was leaked some time ago, we now know that Asus plans to give it some kind of iPhoneish UI…and a price of 1000€ before subsidies! Hmm…
