Just download the cab-file below and install it. After a short calibration, you are only able to scroll with you fingers in every application with a scroll bar. The application is still alpha, so there could be some bugs.

Yes, I saw it five minutes ago on xda-developers.com. Is this the original TouchFlo (ripped from HTC Touch)? Does it also have the button launcher?

As I have written above, it only contains scrolling, so no button launcher
I don’t like the fact that it kills off the sound when touching screen and pressing hardware keyboard.
It also greatly upset the scrolling mechanism of Opera Mobile 9.5 browser.
