HTC has just announced a nice bunch of new phones powered by various incarnations of Windows.

HTC Touch dual
HTC’s Touch has sold almost as well as the iPhone, selling 800000 devices. Now, HTC has released another device running its TouchFLO interface - but adds a multitap/QWERTY(depending on type) keyboard:

The machine is powered by a Qualcomm 400MhZ CPU and has 256MB of ROM. HTC claims that there are two versions of the Touch available - one has a multitap keyboard, while the other one comes along with a 20-key-QWERTY keyboard(whatever that is). Both versions have Bluetooth but lack WiFi radios!

HTC S730
HTC’s S730 is a smartphone similar to HP’s 514 - although it probably lacks its duffergileing charm. However, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a QVGA screen compensate the lack of duffergile!, creating a pretty impressive machine:

The machine’s other specs are similar to the Touch Dual…

HTC Shift
At first glance, the Shift looks like a slightly bigger Athena. However, it doesn’t run Windows Mobile…but rather Windows Vista.

The specs reveal a very weird 800MhZ CPU working together with the Qualcomm processor found in the devices above. Please visit htc.com for further information on the hardware…HTC claims that the box is capable to run Windows Vista’s Areo GUI…

The full scoop on the new devices(along with datasheets) can be found at HTC’s web site - each of the titles is linked to the corresponding product page over at htc.com! Will you get one of these boxen?
